Question 1: The mist comes out sporadically.

There are two mist mode you can choose:intermittently(work 30s stop 30s)and continually.

If water runs out, the diffuser will shut off automatically.Please do not add water while the device is working and don’t exceed Max line.

Question 2:Light doesn’t steady on.

Please press the LIGHT button. First press: 8 light change automatically.

Press the button again when your favorite color come out.The light will be steady on.

Question 3:I just don’t feel like the oil smell last very long .

Oil can not mix with water but floats on it,so the oil scent will more intensive at the beginning and evaporates faster than water.Please pour out all the water and store it in a dry place if you don”t wanna use it for some time.
