Q: Put in the batteries but the forehead thermometer still can’t work, how to solve the problem?

A: Please install the battery according to the positive and negative pole marks on the bottom cover. If the order is reversed, the thermometer will not work properly.

Q: The no-touch thermometer is inaccurate, took multiple times body temperature in one minute, all results are different.

A: Please move the product away for an interval of 5 seconds when the repeating measurement is required to ensure consistent and accurate readings.

Q: This digital thermometer registers “Lo”, no other result.

A: The thermometer will display “LO” with two beep sounds if the result is below 89.6℉(32℃). Thus, it might display “LO” when measuring low-temperature food or liquid temperature. In addition, if you press the button before aim it at your forehead, you may gain the “LO” result, too. And when the temperature is more than 42.2°C (108°F), “HI” will display.
